Order Updates

I just placed my order but need to make a change to my address and add a nail shade. Is that possible?

Yes, changes can be made to orders as long as your items have not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at with your name, order number and edits to the order.

Shipping Issues

One of more of my bottles broke during transit, now what?

Please contact us at with your name, order number & a photo of your damaged bottles and packaging and we will replace them for you free of charge.

**Please note we currently do not ship outside of the US

Return Policy

If unsatisfied, all unopened and unused items may be returned with 30 days of delivery of the order for a refund on the product(s). Please note that customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact us at with order number and return request listed in the subject line. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on used items.
